Johnson County post-election audit confirms accuracy of election results
The Johnson County Auditor’s Office completed its post-election audit for the November 4, 2025 City/School Election, confirming the accuracy of the election night results.
As part of Iowa’s commitment to election transparency and accuracy, the Iowa Secretary of State randomly selects one precinct in each county for a manual audit following each election. This year, Johnson County audited the Coralville 6 precinct, comparing the hand-counted results to the official machine tabulation.
The audit results matched exactly, with no discrepancy found.

Pursuant to Code of Iowa Sec. 50.51, the Iowa Secretary of State’s Office has ordered a post-election audit for the November 4, 2025 City/School Election. The randomly selected precinct to be audited is Coralville 6 (CV06).
