Schedule rides at least one day prior to the ride. Same-day requests are on space availability basis only. You may schedule up to two weeks in advance.

Please give the operator the following information:

  • Rider’s Name
  • Specific Pick-Up Address
  • Specific Drop-Off Address
  • Time to be picked up / dropped off (choose one only)
  • Date of trip
  • If an attendant or companion will be accompanying the rider
  • If a mobility device will be used
  • If a service animal will be used or if there will be a small pet

Please be prepared to write down: the reservation operator’s name, date(s) of trip(s) and trip times. Please confirm this information prior to hanging up.

Note: SEATS may not be able to provide you a ride for the exact time requested. We always attempt to schedule rides as efficiently and effectively as possible. SEATS will make every effort to accommodate you. However, if a ride is available within one hour on either side of your requested time and you choose not to accept it, it is considered a refused ride and not a denied ride. Negotiating times within that one-hour allows SEATS to provide rides to more individuals. Your cooperation is requested.

The heaviest demand is between 7:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. and between 3:00 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. If possible, try to avoid these times.

We recommend that you ask your doctor’s office to coordinate a ride for you when they schedule your appointment.

Rides may take as long as 60 minutes and there will likely be others sharing the SEATS van with you.

The reservation operator will give you a 30-minute pick-up window. You need to be ready at the beginning of that time period. The driver cannot wait for over five minutes.

You may request a subscription for recurring rides. The trip will automatically be scheduled without having to call SEATS. Riders whose pick-up or drop-off locations change will need to request a new subscription ride agreement.  Subscriptions can be requested via this link:
