The Johnson County Auditor’s Office is excited to announce Voting After Dark, a series of extended evening voting hours designed to give Johnson County residents more flexibility when casting their ballots in the November 3, 2026, General Election.

“Many people work the same hours we are open during the day and are busy with family activities on the weekends,” said Johnson County Auditor Julie Persons. “These evenings will give people the option to vote when it’s convenient for them.”

During Voting After Dark hours, voters will have the opportunity to cast their ballots later in the evening at several locations throughout Johnson County. Special “I Voted After Dark” stickers will be available only after 5:00 PM.
