$27 in Farmers' Market checks per client (ages 9 months or older)

WIC approved Vendors should have a sign as above at their table. If not, ask if they accept WIC checks.

Iowa City - Wednesday and Saturday markets

The Farmers Market is on Wednesday and Saturday at the parking ramp, 405 E. Washington Street. Alternate entrance is near the Robert A. Lee Recreation Center, off Burlington Street between Gilbert and S. Van Buren Streets.

The Iowa City Market also has a program if you receive SNAP food assistance that doubles your food stamp benefit when used at the market, called Double Up Bucks. Look for a table at the market for more information.
