    Johnson County is pleased to announce that Herbert Hoover Highway NE/F44 from 0.9 miles east of Wapsi Avenue to 0.1 miles west of Johnson Cedar Road is OPEN to traffic. Some final grading and grass seeding in the ditches will take place next spring.
