Budget Balance:  $7,000.  There will be $550 for Top Rank/Nikeya Diversity for D & I Assessment meeting with Board of Supervisors.  Have to pay for Kahoot web training access.  Rest can go to Juneteenth.

Budget Discussion: Juneteenth Education/promotion added to FY23 budget at $2,000.  Add training for Department Heads, Elected Officials, and supervisors on hiring and retention of diversity applicants and employees.  This would be from Top Rank/Nikeya Diversity since they did the assessment and know the areas we need help.  Keshia said it would be about $7,748 for a 2-3 hour session.  We may need 2-3 sessions.

Hiring Managers Training:  Discussed adding to budget for FY23.

D&I Committee Pot Luck:  Pot Luck at our 12/21 committee meeting.  We would have the in person meeting in 203 HHS.  Snack.  Meet.  Hang out.
