Members Present:  Dawn Alam, Ines Beltre, Gary Boseneiler, Brandon Davis, Kathryn Edel, John Hannaford, Shannon Innis, Paola Jaramillo, Annie Nugent, Lynn Rose, BJ Salazar, Lora Shramek, Tony Stammler, and Kelly Weston.  New D & I Intern Nikole Molina.

Ice Breaker: My Life Map

Budget Balance:  $32,243.00 + FY24 Budget Conversation

Introduction of DEI Intern:  Nikole Molina is a senior at UI studying business analytics.

County-wide Pronoun Program Development:  Physical stickers with your preferred pronouns to put on your id badge.  Promotes inclusion of everyone.  Roll out in January 2023.  Promote topic with: 1) Article in JoCo Weekly, 2) signage in the buildings, 3) website, 4) intranet, 5) possibly a lunch and learn.  Have stickers available at all buildings.  Lynn Rose suggested reviewing for safety and security.  Dawn Alam suggested make font/color visually accessible.

Regular FTE & PTE Email Policy: Policy to Board of Supervisors.  Make sure everyone has a county email address and access to email.  IT is supporting.
