When you can’t leave home, but still need care, VNA is ready. Do you have a chronic health condition? Are you dealing with a serious illness, or recovering from surgery? Our team of nurses, therapists, aides, homemakers and more promote safety and comfort in the home. We increase patient and caregiver confidence, competence, and understanding. We reduce complications, further injury, and future hospital stays. Our services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, assistance with activities of daily living, and homemaking.

Eligibility

VNA staff work with the patient's physician to determine home care eligibility and goals of care. 

Cost of Service

VNA of Johnson County is Medicare and Medicaid certified. Most private insurance is also accepted. Individuals without third party payers pay privately on a sliding scale. Sliding scale fees are subsidized by funding from grants, United Way and donations.
