Pathways Adult Day Health Center provides cognitively and physically stimulating programming, assistance with personal care, and nursing services for adults with physical, cognitive or mental health challenges. Our program provides opportunities for socialization for the participant as well as providing respite for caregivers.

Pathways Adult Day Center serves individuals 18+ with health challenges. Please contact the center to see if your loved one is eligible.
The cost to attend a half day(0-4hours) is $50.00, full day(4-8 hours) is $67.00, and Extended Day(8+ Hours) is $79.00. The cost includes meals, transportation through Johnson County SEATS, programming, and other services at the center. Pathways does offer a sliding contribution scale for those participants that do not qualify for third party reimbursement and are unable to afford the full fee listed below.
