Legacy Ridge Independent Living offers 24-hour security, and heated underground parking with a storage locker. Restaurant-style dining in our grand clubhouse prepared by certified chefs, movie theater multi-purpose room, nail/pedicure salon, beauty salon, billiards room, fitness room, ice cream & coffee parlor, multiple activities, and numerous outings. All apartments offer a full kitchen with a dishwasher, large bathrooms with walk-in showers with seats, and full-size washer, and dryer. Housekeeping comes in every other week. There is also an emergency call system with staff assistance and priority access to Legacy Pointe Assisted Living. Independent & Assisted Living offers all utilities, including expanded basic cable, wifi, and unlimited transportation for medical-related appointments.
Legacy Pointe Assisted Living offers full-service restaurant-style dining, providing three meals a day made fresh. There is weekly housekeeping, laundry, planned activities, and outings. Emergency response system, beauty salon, whirlpool baths, chapel, library, exercise room, and let's not forget puzzle cove.

Legacy Ridge Independent Living has 81 apartments ranging in price from $3,025.00 to $4,850.00 a month depending upon floor plans that range in size from 735 sq.ft. to 1,460 sq. ft one & two-bedroom floor plans.
Legacy Pointe Assisted Living has 68 apartments ranging in price from $4,100 - $5,700 a month depending on floor plans that range in size from 430 sq. ft. to 1,003 sq. ft. Extra care levels can also be added for an additional cost. There are studio, one and two-bedroom floor plans.
Legacy has no buy-in-fees.
