Each of 64 apartments has 540 square feet. Eight apartments are handicapped accessible. All utilities are included except telephone. Cable television is available at the tenant’s expense. Tenant parking is available adjacent to the building. There are laundry facilities on the first floor. In addition there is a large community room for social events and family gatherings.
