Shall The City Of North Liberty, In Johnson County, Iowa, Enter Into A Loan Agreement And Borrow Money In An Amount Not Exceeding The Amount Of $600,000 For The Purpose Of Paying The Cost, To That Extent, Of Constructing, Furnishing And Equipping A Combined Purposes Municipal Building To House The Community Library And Recreational Facilities, Including A Gymnasium, Walking And Running Track, Game Room And Fitness Area?
