MEETING MINUTES
Members Present: Maysa Ahmed (new member), Keshia Fields, John Hannaford, Camie Marshek, Laurie Nash, Annie Nugent, Royceann Porter, Lynn Rose, and Kelly Weston.
Introductions: New member Maysa Ahmed from Public Health joined the committee today.
Approval of Minutes: January 21, 2020 Minutes approved.
Next Meeting Date and Time: Tuesday, March 17, 2020
Ice Breaker: Each person told what they did this weekend and 2 things they love.
Current Budget: $13,000 budgeted, $6,620.80 spent, $6,379.20 left. Upcoming items we will pay for are Gale Mote training – about $2500. Reentry simulation training in April. County Fair give away items.
Strategic Plan & D&I Policy Discussion
D&I Committee Policies Started reviewing the policies. Reviewed Public Health D & I survey. Talked about other ways the committee can support and promote D & I.
