Budget:   We have spent $817.35 on supplies + $6,663.84 on training = $7,481.19 total spent and $5,518.81 remaining until June 30.  $13,000 is budgeted for FY21.

D&I Committee Strategic Plan and Policies:  Keshia is going to work on the policies and strategic plan herself.  Mike Hensch sent out some items that we can prioritize.

*ACTION ITEMS*

1.  Discuss e-learning course role out:  John, Maysa, and Keshia looked over the on-line training videos.  In general, they were good.  Keshia wants to put a Microsoft Diversity video on the Diversity & Inclusion website for people to watch.  Also, there was a Diversity, Inclusion, and Sensitivity video that will go on the website.  There is an Unconscious Bias video the Keshia wants to roll out to staff now.

Maysa liked the videos but thought that we need to get more details about how well or poorly the trainings are going, what the next steps are, and how are people using the trainings.  Generally, follow up to the trainings we give.

2.  New employee trainings.  Keshia has been trying to contact OneIowa about a LGBT 101 training.  She has not gotten any response.  New employees can watch the videos on our website or watch the Unconscious Bias video.

Lunch and Learns may be delayed or on Zoom.
