SPC Tom Webber served in the Field Artillery from 2002-2005. He was stationed at Ft. Sill Oklahoma with the 2nd BN-18th FA. Tom and his unit served in Operation Iraqi Freedom alongside the 41st FA Brigade in the beginning push into Iraq in 2003. Tom was injured in an IED attack during a convoy in Baghdad. Tom continued to serve and support operations for Taskforce Bullet and trained the Iraqi Civil Defense Corps. Upon returning to the United States, Tom trained with 2BN-18th FA on the HIMARS missile launcher and fully vetted the new equipment for the U.S. Army to pursue service into the Field Artillery's stable of weapons.

After discharging from the Army, Tom attended Indiana University and pursued a career in Real Estate. He now resides in North Liberty with his wife Amanda and their children.
